About the Job
Key responsibilities:- Create high-performing visual assets for eCommerce brands, including social media grids, feed posts, story creatives, and ad creatives with a strong focus on reels and short-form video content.
- Edit and design reels, motion posts, and video ads using Adobe After Effects and video editing tools, ensuring content is platform-optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Design static creatives, banners, and performance ads using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, maintaining strong visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and conversion-focused layouts.
- Conceptualize and execute social media grids that align with brand identity, campaign goals, and content calendars, ensuring visual coherence across the feed.
- Use Canva efficiently for quick turnarounds, template-based designs, and social-first creatives without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and social media teams to design creatives aligned with campaign objectives, audience insights, and KPIs such as CTR, engagement, and ROAS.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reel formats, transitions, audio trends, and ad creative styles, and proactively suggest ideas that can improve content performance.
- Manage day-to-day social media design requirements, including post scheduling support, basic social media management coordination, and adherence to publishing timelines.
- Maintain an organized creative workflow, version control, and asset library for all ongoing and past campaigns.
- Work closely with the reporting head to understand campaign objectives, brand guidelines, content priorities, and performance expectations before executing any creative.
