About the Job
As a finance analyst at Vagmine-Tech IT Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Your expertise in forecasting, MIS, financial planning, accounting, payroll, and financial modeling will be essential in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize business operations.Key responsibilities:
A. Financial analysis & reporting:
1. Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and variance analysis
2. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
3. Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability trends
4. Build and maintain financial models and Excel-based reports
5. Support month-end and year-end financial processes
B. Payroll responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end payroll processing
2. Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
3. Maintain payroll records and employee salary data
4. Coordinate with HR for attendance, leaves, and reimbursements
5. Ensure compliance with Indian payroll and labor regulations
C. Collaboration & compliance:
1. Work closely with accounts, HR, and operations teams
2. Support audits and financial reconciliations
3. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Experience:
1. 1 to 3 years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or payroll
2. Experience in the IT or Banking sector is highly preferred
