Key Responsibilities:1. Generate sales as part of the elite sales team for the SCC Online Legal Database
2. Create leads through multiple online and offline sources
3. Convert self-generated leads and manager-assigned leads into successful sales
4. Maintain and expand client relationships by delivering excellent customer service
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional initiatives
7. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions when required
8. Prepare regular sales reports and revenue forecasts for management
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility
