About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential client organizations within the Tricity region using internal databases and market intelligence.
2. Execute cold calls and door-knocking strategies to secure meetings with Founders, CEOs, CHROs, and HR Heads.
3. Analyze local competition and their client portfolios to strategically position our 23 products in the market.
4. Drive awareness campaigns and leverage referrals to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
5. Accompany the Founder for on-site client meetings and conduct complimentary organizational assessments.
6. Develop tailored client proposals and strategic pitch decks based on identified business needs.
7. Collaborate with and mentor a team of interns for face-to-face field operations and feedback collection.
8. Manage the end-to-face client journey, including in-person visits and virtual follow-ups within the Tricity area.
9. Track impact measurements and gather post-meeting feedback to refine sales strategies.
10. Drive revenue growth to achieve targets and earn a 2-5% commission share on successfully closed deals.
