About the Job
Be the face and voice of Vraj:bhoomi - creating thoughtful, premium customer experiences across our studio and online touchpoints, while guiding customers through their buying journey with care, style, and integrity.Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a warm, consultative, and premium customer experience at the VB Studio and across online channels (calls, emails, and chats).
2. Understand customer needs and recommend the right products by combining product knowledge, styling sense, and empathy.
3. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries, orders, feedback, complaints, and service coordination with accuracy.
4. Manage studio presentation, visual merchandising, and overall guest readiness in line with VB brand standards.
5. Support billing, order fulfillment, and coordination with backend and customer experience teams.
6. Build meaningful customer relationships, encourage repeat engagement, and capture insights to improve the VB experience.
7. Maintain clean records, POS updates, customer profiles, and basic inventory coordination.
