1. Collaborate with the team to develop event concepts and themes
2. Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue bookings and vendor coordination
3. Assist in the creation of event schedules and scripts
4. Engage with participants and ensure a positive and interactive experience
5. Utilize anchoring skills to host and moderate events
6. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth transitions
7. Assist in post-event evaluations and feedback analysis
