Role summary:Own and continuously improve the performance, reliability, and experience of Vraj:bhoomi’s e-commerce storefront- ensuring customers enjoy a fast, intuitive, and trustworthy digital buying journey.
Role purpose:
This role exists to protect and elevate VB’s online customer experience, where a majority of our orders originate. The e-commerce operations associate ensures that the website is fast, functional, accurate, and aligned with business priorities, working closely with design, tech, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a consistently reliable and high-performing website experience with minimal downtime, broken journeys, or customer friction
2. Improve site speed, usability, and conversion readiness to drive stronger customer engagement and sales outcomes
3. Execute website updates, feature launches, and changes smoothly without disrupting user experience
4. Align design, marketing, technology, and operations teams to reflect real-time business priorities on the website
5. Apply data-driven decision-making using analytics to identify issues, opportunities, and performance gaps
6. Reduce customer complaints and drop-offs related to website experience or functionality
What success looks like (Long-term view):
1. Independently manage day-to-day e-commerce hygiene and updates
2. Ensure the website remains stable, fast, and customer-ready
3. Identify and resolve recurring UX or functionality issues
4. Build confidence working with Shopify, Unicommerce, analytics, and internal teams
