About the Job
About the role:We're looking for a full-time LinkedIn Growth & sales outreach specialist who can do two things really well:
Build LinkedIn presence - write posts that get engagement, not just likes
Open sales conversations - reach out to the right people and book calls
This role is part content creator, part business development. You'll manage LinkedIn for the agency and clients while also running outreach to bring in new business. If you're someone who loves LinkedIn, understands how B2B relationships work, and isn't afraid to message strangers, this is your role.
Key responsibilities:
A. LinkedIn content & growth:
1. Write and schedule LinkedIn posts for founder and client accounts (4-5 posts per week per account)
2. Research what's working on LinkedIn - trending formats, hooks, topics in target industries
3. Build a content calendar and maintain consistent posting schedule
4. Engage strategically - comment on high-visibility posts to build presence
5. Track performance metrics and optimize based on what's working
6. Grow follower count and engagement rates month-over-month
B. Sales outreach & lead generation:
1. Identify ideal prospects - founders, marketing heads, business owners in target industries
2. Send personalized connection requests (not spammy templates)
3. Write and send follow-up message sequences
4. Handle responses, qualify leads, and book discovery calls
5. Maintain outreach tracker - who was contacted, status, next steps
6. Hit weekly/monthly targets for connections, conversations, and calls booked
C. Google My Business (content & engagement):
1. Write and schedule GMB posts for clients (offers, updates, and photos)
2. Respond to reviews professionally - both positive and negative
3. Manage the Q&A section and keep information updated
4. Monitor GMB insights and flag opportunities for improvement
D. Research & support
1. Find high-engagement accounts and posts in client industries for engagement opportunities
2. Research competitors' LinkedIn strategies and report insights
3. Identify potential collaboration or partnership opportunities
4. Support the founder with research for proposals and pitches
