Key Responsibilities:1. Utilize computer skills to effectively operate HRIS and other software systems for recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
2. Conduct interviews with potential candidates, demonstrate strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), and make informed decisions on hiring.
3. Demonstrate leadership skills by collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
4. Utilize MS-Office programs such as Excel and Word to manage data and documents efficiently, showcasing strong multitasking abilities.
5. Solve problems efficiently by analyzing HR data, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions.
6. Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers, organizing job postings, and facilitating the onboarding process.
7. Work collaboratively with the HR team to support talent management initiatives, demonstrating strong teamwork skills and contributing to overall HR strategy.
