About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure trust and loyalty
2. Update customer information in the database during and after each call or chat to process rental subscription renewals efficiently
3. Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions by recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
4. Receive inbound calls to resolve customer queries and coordinate with clients for smooth rental purchases
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
