Are you a driven individual with a passion for acquiring new customers? TripVenture is seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to attract and retain customers using your excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), interpersonal skills, MS-Office expertise, and email marketing knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
2. Identify target customer segments and create personalized marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.
3. Utilize email marketing tools to send out targeted campaigns and analyze their performance.
4. Monitor and analyze customer acquisition metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers to expand our customer base.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
