Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the bridge between ads and the brands that power our ecosystem. You’ll make sure every brand has a smooth onboarding experience and sees the value of running campaigns with us.
2. Reach out to new brands and guide them through onboarding on the PopBrainAds platform.
3. Help brand partners set up their profiles, upload campaigns, and understand the process.
4. Walk them through campaign creation: providing creatives, setting budgets, and defining goals.
5. Act as the go-to contact for brands during their initial campaigns, answering queries and solving issues.
6. Monitor brand activity and ensure they are fully equipped to launch and manage campaigns.
7. Gather feedback from brands and share insights with our operations & product teams to improve the platform.
