Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales associate (Counselor) to join our team. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals with experience in selling high-ticket products in the ed-tech or study abroad industry. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families while achieving defined sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and provide personalized counseling on study abroad programs in Italy.
2. Manage, and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, and online platforms.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
4. Leverage your expertise in selling high-ticket products to build trust and confidence with clients.
5. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and visa process for enrolled students.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
