Terractive is on the lookout for a driven, curious, and enthusiastic Content & E-commerce Management Trainee to join our team and grow with us.
As a trainee, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the complete e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our core team and learn how real online businesses scale from websites to marketplaces.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing and updating content on our e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
4. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any e-commerce platform issues.
5. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring accurate product listings.
6. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
7. Work closely with management to learn and develop key skills in content and e-commerce management.
