About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead end-to-end planning of weddings - vendor onboarding (example: Photo video, hair and makeup, DJ, bartender, etc.), vendor management, and show running on the day of the events
2. Conduct visits, maintain minutes of the meetings, lead meetings with clients, vendors, etc.
3. Communication with hotels & key POCs throughout the period of our association with a client for their wedding for everything related to venues, rooms, food menus, etc.
