About the Job
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent service delivery. The role involves regular interaction with clients, addressing their queries, and supporting internal teams to meet client requirements.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective mail communication.
2. Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.
4. Prepare emails and reports using MS Office tools.
Work location: Kovilambakkam
Office timing: 10 am - 7 pm
Working days: Monday - Friday
