About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
2. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.).
3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions.
7. Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM or reports.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
