Key responsibilities:1. Assistance in executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media) and content creation.
2. Work on new client acquisition and ensure growth from existing clients as well.
3. Resolve client queries, and escalations & provide relevant solutions timely.
4. Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
5. Collaborate across teams for campaign success.
Requirements: Should be good at communication for outbound calls, revenue generation, new client acquisition, lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales.
