2. The partnership: Moving beyond "vendor" status to become a trusted Sustainability Partner for our clients.
3. The strategy: Navigating complex negotiations and closing high-value contracts for e-waste and battery disposal.
4. The onboarding: Managing the lifecycle of a deal—from the first "Hello" to the final certificate of destruction.
5. The feedback loop: Working directly with our operations team to ensure our collection and channelization are world-class.
