About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
2. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
3. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and proposals
4. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and demos
5. Prepare and share quotations with customers
6. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, availability, and approvals
7. Maintain and update CRM, pipeline, and sales reports
8. Track opportunity status and ensure timely follow-ups
9. Support closure of small and mid-size deals
10. Work on renewals, repeat business, and upsell opportunities
11. Promote Apple programs and support sales campaigns
12. Assist in order processing, delivery follow-ups, and payment follow-ups
13. Share daily and weekly activity reports
14. Maintain regular communication with customers to build relationships
