About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. New Business Development
1. Identify, approach, and onboard new gyms in the assigned territory
2. Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations for gym owners
3. Explain GymSaathi’s value proposition clearly and convincingly
4. Close onboarding agreements and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
B. Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing gym partners
2. Act as the primary point of contact for gym owners
3. Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales coordination
4. Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
C. Pipeline & Market Development
1. Create and maintain a strong business development pipeline
2. Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions systematically
3. Collect market feedback and competitor insights
4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
D. Reporting & Coordination
1. Maintain daily activity and sales reports
2. Coordinate with internal onboarding, tech, and support teams
3. Provide regular updates on market trends and client requirements
