About the Job
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented hustler who can own one e-commerce platform end-to-end- whether it’s Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart- and scale our presence there like it’s their own business. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, improving visibility, and building strong relationships with category managers and platform teams to ensure consistent brand performance and promotional success.Key Responsibilities:
1. Take complete ownership of one platform’s P&L- plan, execute, and track all growth levers.
2. Maintain daily coordination and follow-ups with category/account managers to ensure listing visibility, inventory accuracy, and on-time PO generation.
3. Plan and execute platform promotions, events, and campaign strategies in collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams.
4. Conduct weekly business reviews (WBRs) to analyze sales performance, competitor trends, and pricing opportunities.
5. Ensure all new launches, content updates, and visibility campaigns are executed flawlessly on time.
6. Visit marketplace offices (Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce partners) to build strong working relationships and ensure brand priority.
7. Collaborate closely with design, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate payout reconciliations.
8. Track ROI on ads, discounts, and marketing spends specific to your platform.
9. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, promotional mechanics, and category best practices.
