Key Responsibilities:1. Make inbound and outbound calls to students and parents for counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops
2. Counsel NEET UG & PG aspirants on admission processes, eligibility, documentation, and timelines
3. Convert enquiries into qualified leads and paid counselling or mentorship enrollments
