About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Prospect and build a target list using LinkedIn, web research, and databases; identify decision-makers and buying centers.
2. Execute outbound outreach (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn) and follow-ups with high activity and message testing.
3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a structured framework (pain, budget range, authority, timeline) and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives/BD managers.
4. Schedule discovery calls/meetings and ensure clean handoff notes, context, and next steps.
5. Maintain accurate CRM updates: lead status, activities, notes, next tasks, and pipeline hygiene.
6. Work closely with marketing on campaign follow-up, event/webinar leads, and nurture sequences.
7. Learn our service offerings and communicate value propositions clearly (cloud, data, app dev, CRM, managed services, etc.).
