About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
2. Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals.
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
Job Requirements:
1. End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving.
2. Excellent written, verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
3. 0-2 Years of experience
4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail & should be able to handle multiple responsibilities.
5. Fluent in Hindi and English. (Gujarati Preferred)
6. Must have a laptop.
7. Past experience in start-ups will be an advantage.
8. Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree
