Key responsibilities:1. Facilitate sessions that bring together behavioural science and real-time workplace challenges across communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
2. Coach individuals to help them deepen self-awareness, navigate difficult conversations, and build emotional resilience
3. Observe and interpret behavioural patterns and learning gaps across sessions
4. Collaborate on refining content and structure based on learner progress
5. Support the design of journeys that feel personal, relevant, and rooted in behavioural insight
