About the Job
At Kapable, we help professionals move from insight to consistent action. Most of our learners are capable -but struggle with follow-through, structure, and behavioral consistency under pressure. As a behavioral & organizational skills trainer, you’ll help them build self-awareness and systems - so clarity shows up not just occasionally, but every day.Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate sessions grounded in behavioral science and real workplace challenges.
2. Coach professionals to identify behavioral patterns, blind spots, and decision habits.
3. Help learners build practical systems for prioritisation, time management, and execution.
4. Support consistency, emotional resilience, and follow-through- especially under pressure.
5. Observe learner behavior and contribute insights to refine Kapable’s learning journeys.
Work schedule & location:
1. Tuesday–Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
2. Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
3. Monday: Weekly off
4. Location: Saket, New Delhi (On-site)
