About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Study the case files and drafting of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department).
2. Research the judgments/case laws using legal software such as Manupatra, etc.
3. Handle day-to-day appearance in courts.
4. Learn to draft the pleadings, evidence and written submissions.
5. Assist the Senior Advocates in the chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments.
