Key Responsibilities:1. Support the main supervisor by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring productivity and policy compliance
2. Act as a communication link between management and the team to facilitate smooth coordination
3. Conduct training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and problem-solving to improve efficiency and meet company goals
4. Handle cold calling activities with a high-energy and persuasive pitch
5. Assist the supervisor and manager with hiring and recruitment support activities
6. Communicate with new prospects to introduce offerings and build initial relationships
