Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-bandwidth, career-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Management & Operations to join our leadership pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Architect and oversee day-to-day business processes; ensure that SOPs are not just followed but optimized for scale.
High-Stakes Client Servicing: Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring world-class service delivery and long-term relationship retention.
Business Development Strategy: Support growth by managing the sales funnel, drafting sophisticated business proposals, and conducting market research.
AI & Workflow Integration: Identify and implement AI tools and digital systems (Notion, CRMs, Automations) to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
Administrative Leadership: Support the leadership team in HR coordination, vendor management, and internal business documentation.
Reporting & Intelligence: Analyze operational data and MIS to provide actionable insights to the management team.
