About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Refer, hire, and onboard minimum 10 data collectors (scalable up to 20)
2. Ensure daily and weekly data collection targets are met
3. Manage data quality and adherence to recording guidelines
4. Handle device logistics: pickup from office, distribution, collection, and return
5. Hire/re-hire team members as needed to maintain targets
6. Refer, recruit, and onboard a minimum of 10 data collectors to activate the team
7. Scale the team up to 20 active data collectors based on performance and requirements
8. Continuously hire / rehire / replace data collectors to maintain productivity targets
