About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books including day-to-day accounting, invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
2. Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
3. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for audits and regulatory requirements
4. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements to support business decision-making
5. Support budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring activities
6. Utilize AI-based tools for automation, data processing, and improved accounting efficiency
7. Use Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and professional communication
8. Communicate clearly in English to support internal and external coordination
9. Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
10. Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc requirements while adhering to company policies and compliance standards
