About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Guide prospective students through the admissions process
2. Engage with students and parents to explain academic programs in detail
3. Assist candidates in making informed admission decisions
4. Generate leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to meet enrollment targets
5. Execute outreach activities to support application and admission goals
6. Demonstrate a proactive, student-centric approach with strong communication skills
7. Build and nurture relationships with schools and external partners
8. Counsel prospective students on the institute and its program offerings using database outreach and ERP systems
9. Make 80–90 daily connection attempts with students and follow up on leads to achieve application targets
10. Liaise with external agencies including consultants and coaching institutes
11. Conduct information sessions with parents and students at school fairs, education fairs, campus walk-ins, presentations, and over the phone
12. Travel occasionally to Delhi NCR and other locations across India to conduct workshops and participate in outreach initiatives
13. Build and maintain professional relationships with principals, school counselors, educators, and students
14. Plan and execute local-level marketing campaigns to drive admissions
15. Work consistently towards achieving admission targets set by the team
16. Coordinate and manage on-campus activities including campus visits and workshops
17. Use CRM systems to manage, track, and regularly update prospective student records
