About Ardhanex Tech:Ardhanex Tech is building an AI-powered automation platform that integrates AI agents, CRM systems, voice AI, workflow automation, and backend orchestration.
Our stack includes Python-based MCP servers, PHP (Perfex CRM), MySQL, DigitalOcean infrastructure, n8n automation, and multiple third-party API integrations. We work on real production systems and expect engineers to take ownership, debug fast, and build reliable backend solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Backend & Automation Engineer who will work on backend development, system integrations, automation workflows, and production system stability.
This is a backend-first role. Frontend (React or WordPress) experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and PHP
2. Build, maintain, and debug REST API integrations
3. Design and maintain automation workflows (n8n, system integrations)
4. Manage and deploy applications on Linux servers (DigitalOcean, cPanel)
5. Debug and resolve production issues quickly and independently
6. Work with MySQL databases for backend operations
7. Monitor logs and diagnose system and integration failures
8. Support and maintain CRM and MCP server integrations
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Python or PHP
Solid understanding of Linux, SSH, and server environments
Experience working with REST APIs
Practical knowledge of MySQL
Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset
Experience deploying and maintaining backend systems in production
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Fast API, Flask, or Django
CodeIgniter or Perfex CRM
Docker
DigitalOcean or AWS
Workflow automation tools (n8n)
React (for frontend integrations)
WordPress setup, customization, or integrations
Candidate must have worked on projects or internship for at least 3 months.
