About the Internship
Phase 1 – Cleanup & StabilizationAudit WordPress and hosting storage to identify what is consuming disk space
Remove redundant backups, cache folders, staging leftovers, and duplicate media
Improve site stability by resolving plugin conflicts, caching conflicts, and broken shortcodes
Create clean backups and migration-ready exports
Document all changes in a clear change log

Phase 2 – Platform Migration & Modernization
Assist with migrating WordPress from GoDaddy to a cloud host (Cloudways / DigitalOcean)
Test site functionality post-migration (search, maps, forms, login)
Prepare and maintain a clean staging environment
Help implement image offloading to cloud storage and CDN
Support gradual modernization of site architecture

Skills We Want
Comfortable working inside WordPress admin
Basic understanding of DNS, hosting, and caching
Organized and cautious with a backup-first mindset
Able to follow checklists and document changes clearly

Prior site migration experience
Familiarity with Cloudflare, Cloudways, cPanel, or managed WordPress hosting
