About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Customer communication & engagement:
1. Respond to customer inquiries in real time
2. Provide product/service information
3. Handle complaints, support issues, and follow-ups
4. Maintain a friendly, consistent brand tone
B. Campaign planning & execution:
1. Create promotional messages, offers, reminders, and updates
2. Schedule broadcast messages to segmented customer lists
3. Run automated flows (welcome messages, abandoned cart reminders, etc.)
4. Monitor message delivery rates and open rates
C. Audience management:
1. Add, update, and segment contact lists
2. Tag customers based on behavior or interests
3. Clean inactive or duplicate numbers
D. Content creation:
1. Write short, clear WhatsApp-optimized copy
2. Prepare visuals like images, flyers, short videos, and catalog items
3. Design automated templates (approved by WhatsApp if needed)
