About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in the groundwork for an upcoming social enterprise, including design, management, supervision, and coordination of all community development activities, e.g.:
a. Agriculture, gardening, horticulture
b. Career counseling (for higher education or jobs in India and abroad)
c. Health promotion & disease prevention
d. Provision of clean water
e. Household repairs (woodworking, painting, fabrication, electrical, metal, equipment, masonry)
2. Educating and training students and candidates from financially underprivileged families and children of shaheed jawans, veer naris, etc., in the above-mentioned activities as well as science, technology, computers, and the arts (including music), using educational materials and aids developed in-house.
3. Promoting frugal and disruptive innovation for the above objectives.
4. Maintaining accounts, ledgers, and progress-related documentation for all activities using a computer-based system.
