About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteer testers to join the Eklavya Testing Program. As a volunteer tester, you’ll get early access to our educational games, content, and tools, and help us improve the learning experience for children across India.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Platform testing: Access and explore the Eklavya learning platform (web and/or app), testing various features including lessons, games, quizzes, and interactive tools.
2. Bug identification: Spot and report any technical issues, glitches, or errors with clear steps to reproduce them.
3. Content review: Review the educational content for clarity, age-appropriateness, engagement, and accuracy. Suggest improvements where necessary.
4. Game & activity participation: Actively play and test at least 10 educational games or activities as a learner or observer, providing structured feedback on gameplay and usability.
5. User journey testing: Simulate different user journeys (student, teacher, parent) to test onboarding, navigation, progress tracking, and content discovery.
6. Community participation: Join our feedback group (Slack/WhatsApp/Forum) and participate in discussions with the Eklavya team and fellow testers.
7. Confidentiality: Keep all unreleased features, content, and designs confidential.
8. Responsible sharing: Do not share screenshots or internal information outside approved testing and feedback channels.
