About the Internship
Video Editor Intern – Short-Form & Long-Form ContentThis internship is for someone who wants real hands-on experience editing high-performance content for social media and YouTube. This is not a casual or “certificate-only” internship. If you miss deadlines, disappear, or don’t follow instructions, this role is not for you.
Note:
1. Internship Type: Remote
2. Work Commitment: Full-time Internship, 5–6 days/week
3. Daily coordination required
4. Must be available during working hours for revisions
5. Internship Duration: 3 Months (Mandatory)
6. Extension or full-time opportunity depends strictly on performance.
7. Internship Start Date: Immediately (within next 30 days)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) regularly.
2. Edit long-form YouTube videos when assigned.
3. Add engaging subtitles, transitions, zooms, and effects where required.
4. Improve viewer retention, not just aesthetics.
5. Follow content strategy, brand tone, and editing SOPs.
6. Deliver videos within deadlines.
7. Make revisions quickly based on feedback.
8. Maintain proper folder structure and file hygiene.
9. Stay updated with current editing & content trends.
10. Communicate clearly — no disappearing or ghosting.
Performance Expectations (Very Important):
1. Deadlines are strict
2. Quality must improve over time
3. Feedback must be implemented without attitude
4. Consistency matters more than excuses
5. Repeated delays, careless work, or poor communication will result in immediate termination.
Stipend:
1. ₹5,000 per month
2. Performance-based continuation or increment possible
3. No payment for inactive or non-performing interns
