About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Short-form video editing (core responsibility):
1. Edit 3–4 high-quality short-form videos daily for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
2. Apply strong hooks, pacing, sound design, effects, and captions to maximize audience retention.
3. Implement reel psychology techniques, including impactful first 3 seconds, pattern interrupts, and visual rhythm.
4. Adapt content across platforms by optimizing aspect ratios, formats, and presentation styles.
B. AI-powered creativity:
1. Leverage AI tools for visual effects, backgrounds, transitions, and creative enhancements.
2. Accelerate editing workflows and enable rapid content experimentation using AI-assisted techniques.
3. Stay current with emerging AI trends in video editing and design to continuously improve output quality.
C. Graphic design support:
1. Design basic thumbnails, post creatives, and visual assets as needed.
2. Maintain clean, modern, and kid-friendly visual standards aligned with the Mathlyst brand identity.
