About the Internship
We are looking for a 'Video Editing Intern' who lives and breathes YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. You will be responsible for turning scripts and raw ideas into high-retention viral content.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. High-impact editing: Editing 3–4 high-quality Reels/Shorts per week (Vox/Magnates Media style).
2. Visual storytelling: Sourcing relevant stock footage, movie clips (Bollywood/Hollywood), and news clippings to visualize complex topics.
3. Retention engineering: Using kinetic typography (animated text), sound effects (SFX), and ‘beat-sync’ edits to keep viewers hooked for 60 seconds.
4. Thumbnail design: Creating ‘click-obsessed’ thumbnails that stop the scroll.
