About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Edit 1 reel daily (sometimes 2 reels depending on content schedule).
Add clean and readable subtitles/captions in brand style.
Insert appropriate background music and basic sound balancing.
Maintain consistent visual aesthetics and branding (fonts, colors, pacing).
Ensure strong hook in first 3–5 seconds for better engagement.
Deliver edits within the given deadline (same-day or next-day turnaround when required).
Make revisions based on feedback quickly and professionally.
Organize and manage video files properly.
Export videos in correct - ie Instagram reel format (9:16, HD quality).
Maintain regular communication and update daily progress.
Editing software knowledge (Premiere Pro /CapCut / Final Cut / etc.)
Good sense of pacing & hooks
Understanding of Instagram reel format
Basic sound balancing
Ability to follow instructions clearly
