About the Internship
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive Marketing & Video/Static Content Intern to join the Rally team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging visual content and wants hands-on experience in building a strong digital presence for a sports-tech brand.As an intern, you will be responsible for creating one piece of content per day (video or static post) that highlights Rally’s new features, launches, promotions, sports events or community moments, using visually compelling and high-impact promotional formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 1 or 2 daily piece of content (video or static post) showcasing Rally’s app features, launches, promotions, events, or user engagement.
- Develop short-form videos, promo creatives, and static posts optimized for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and content concepts aligned with Rally’s brand vision.
- Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and animations.
- Design visually appealing static creatives for social media when required.
- Assist in managing and organizing content across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Track content performance and engagement metrics such as views, likes, shares, and reach.
- Contribute fresh and original ideas to continuously improve Rally’s digital content.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong creative mindset and storytelling ability.
Ability to create short-form videos and/or static social media posts (portfolio or samples required).
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily content deadlines.
Interest in sports, technology, and social media trends.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
