About the Internship
The first and foremost expectation is to be capable of driving the content pipeline on your own for a small clothing brand. The second expectation is that every time content is signed off by the editor, it should be absolutely error-free or issue-free.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to grow with us and is looking at someday driving the content strategies and pipeline for an organisation.
2. We are a small startup, and all the content is exactly polished or streamlined. We are looking for someone who has the right imagination and motivation to guide the company and create content which are high-quality, trending, and eye soothing.
3. Should be aware of the fundamentals of content creation, like how to create a Hook, navigate a story, and create a proper ending for content
4. Apply video effects, transitions, and sound synchronization to enhance storytelling.
5. Should be thorough with color correction and color grading.
5. Should be good at collaborating with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver on-brand expectations.
6. Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
7. Create visually appealing and on-brand content for social media platforms (posts, reels, and stories).
8. Handle social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
9. Prepare creative and engaging content tailored for various social media platforms to increase audience engagement.
10. This is a test line, which I added to check if you have read all the responsibilities or not.
11. Maintain and organize an archive of all video and social media assets for future use.
12. Stay updated with video editing software, tools, and social media trends.
13. Ensure technical and creative standards in all deliverables.
14. One last thing: Don't apply if you are low on Creativity currency.
