About the Internship
This role goes far beyond simply creating reels—you will be responsible for shooting, testing, editing, publishing, and continuously improving content in a fast-paced execution cycle. You will work directly with the founder, turning ideas into live content within hours rather than weeks. The position offers real ownership, rapid iteration, and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives on speed, creativity, and tangible impact.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging content including Reels that explain sarees clearly, connect trends with products, tell fabric and daily-use stories, and craft content from a customer-first perspective
2. Shoot, handle, edit, and publish Reels end-to-end using a mobile phone, manage sarees confidently during shoots, and deliver content consistently with a focus on execution speed
3. Assist with product photography, design clean visuals for the website, and maintain visual consistency across Instagram and YouTube
4. Coordinate with the operations assistant, collaborate directly with the founder, and contribute, test, and implement creative ideas as part of the core team
