About the Internship
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a deep understanding of user experience principles. They should be proficient in using Figma and have a portfolio of work that showcases their design skills and problem-solving abilities.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create user-centered designs
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
3. Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
4. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback
5. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of UI and UX principles
2. Proficient in using Figma and other design tools
3. Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Experience with creating and maintaining design systems is a plus
