About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead engagement:
1. Assist in responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
2. Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable package options
B. Sales support:
1. Shadow senior travel consultants to learn sales negotiation and closing techniques
2. Support the sales team in moving prospects through the sales pipeline
C. CRM management:
1. Record customer interactions and update lead status in Zoho CRM
2. Maintain accurate and organized customer data (full training provided)
D. Client communication:
1. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients
2. Provide basic support and information to help convert inquiries into bookings.
