1. Identifying and analyzing training needs by conducting focused discussions with key stakeholders
2. Identifying and managing onboarding of faculties and institutions
3. Designing the training workshops in collaboration with stakeholders and faculties
4. Managing the training process including the logistics
5. Measuring, analysing and improving training effectiveness
6. Designing and implementing learning tech like the LMS and AI
7. Designing and developing innovative learning content across face to face, digital and blended solutions
