4. Drive sales of visa to direct clients and agency partners.
5. Proactively generate leads, gather client data, and reach out to potential and existing clients to grow sales pipeline.
6. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
7. Handle operational tasks like document collection, application tracking, and coordination with embassies/consulates.
8. Troubleshoot delays, manage client escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
9. Maintain CRM records and consistently meet sales and operational KPIs.
