About the Internship

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our event planning services
2. Maintaining a database of client information and interactions using MS-Excel
3. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
4. Assisting in coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings for the sales team
5. Providing excellent customer service and answering any inquiries or questions clients may have
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions
7. Developing strong communication skills and building rapport with clients through spoken English proficiency
